A bridal trial is not a nice-to-have. It is the session where you and your artist agree on the exact look, timing, and products for the day itself.
Bring these five things
1. Photos of the dress, including the neckline. 2. Your hair accessories — veil, comb, pins, whatever is going in. 3. Three inspiration images, and one image of a look you actively dislike. 4. Your actual wedding-day skincare, if you use anything specific. 5. A white or ivory top, so you see the makeup against the right colour.
Ask these four questions
- How long will the wedding-day service take, start to finish?
- What is the touch-up plan for a long day or an outdoor ceremony?
- Which products are you using, and can I buy any for touch-ups?
- Are you available for my wedding party too, and at what per-person rate?
